First and formost in Bob's life is his Christianity, his relationship to the Lord and spreading the Gospel. He is passionate about helping those who are hurting.

Bob is a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor, with over 30 years of experience in all phases of land development surveying, including a strong background in boundary, title and topographic surveys, as well as construction layout.  He has directed hundreds of surveys (topographic, ALTA/ACSM and outbound) for tracts ranging in size from 2 to 800 acres for industrial, commercial, residential and governmental uses.

Throughout his career he has held positions of increasing responsibility and authority.  Beginning his career in Florida, after a tour in the Air Force, he learned how to operate a Transit, Building Aerial Targets in the shallow waters off of the Florida Keys.  That is where his passion lies.  After moving north to New Jersey to be with family, Bob continued his career with a number of engineering firms.  It was at this time that he began his quest to become a Licensed Land Surveyor, attending night classes at Rutgers and Drexel Universities, as well as numerous continuing education courses. He received my license in 1992, after having quickly moved from Instrument Man to Party Chief to Field Supervisor to Vice President in charge of a large Survey Department.

Currently he is with BANC3 Consulting Engineers in Princeton, New Jersey, a very well-known and respected engineering firm, and is director of its Survey Department.  In this role, he has directed surveys and construction layout on such projects for Lockheed Martin and, various other Lockheed projects in South Florida, and other Military projects at the McGuire Joint Bases. On the private sector has been involved in all types of land development.

In directing survey departments, Bob has also been responsible for managing all areas of the department’s workload, including ensuring quality control and compliance with company and industry procedures, ranging from equipment handling and inventory control, to meeting and exceeding all company guidelines.

Bob is currently serving as President Elect of the State Society of Professional Land Surveyors and have also been active in his local chapter (SAWJ).  He has served as President of the SAWJ, and as Director for the last few years.  In addition to his regular responsibilities in these positions, he was also intimately involved in planning and implementing scholarships for qualified personnel pursuing a career in surveying.

On a more personal note,Bob is the proud father of five children, who have all or will soon complete their college degrees.  Following in his passion is, one of my sons who has chosen careers in the surveying field, and is now working in this capacity in Florida.

Another son is a Licensed Realtor in Florida who educates staff about surveys based on his many years in the field of surveying.
